What modular means for us

Design-forward

Clean lines, bold colourways and materials chosen to look at home on your coffee table.

Truly modular

Four magnetised panels snap together, store pieces within and pack flat in your backpack.

Considered materials

Bio-based PLA, recycled packaging and made-to-order batches keep waste to a minimum.

Built for play and for the road

Printed Chess began with Jonas, a single 3D printer and the goal of designing a board that would survive weekend getaways. Four interlocking quadrants, hidden magnets and cork-lined storage later, our modular sets were born.

Today we finish every board by hand in Antwerp, iterating on colours, textures and accessories so players can pack a statement set that clicks together in seconds.
